Registration and Fees

All delegates are required to register online and pay the appropriate Congress registration fee, which is compulsory for having their presentation included in the final program. Please note that due to organizational reasons registrations for convenors, panelists and speakers at round tables close on May 15, while registrations for attendees close on June 15, 2023 (it will not be possible to register on site).

The Registration Fees are:

- Early bird registration (new deadline: until March 31, 2023): € 300,00

- Standard rate (after April 1, 2023): € 350,00

- Concessionary rate (for early career researchers, retired and unwaged): € 200,00

The Registration Fee includes: Congress programme; certificate of participation, light lunches, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail, attendance to “The fair of Senigallia” by Carlo Goldoni - Aula Magna of the Rectorate of Sapienza University of Rome.
